FCRA compliance

SPS is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, and is authorised to receive contributions from outside India.

Our FCRA details

FCRA registration no: 000000000
Designated FCRA bank: State Bank of India, New Delhi Main Branch (as mandated by the Ministry of Home Affairs)
Status: Active and renewed

What FCRA means for foreign donors

Under Indian law, only organisations with valid FCRA registration may accept contributions from foreign sources. Our registration means individuals and institutions abroad can support SPS legally and confidently.

  • Foreign contributions are received only in our designated FCRA account.
  • All foreign funds are used strictly for our stated charitable objectives.
  • We file annual FC-4 returns and publish quarterly receipts as required.
  • Utilisation is independently audited and disclosed in our annual reports.

Note: Replace the registration details above with your actual FCRA information. If your organisation is not yet FCRA-registered, you can only accept domestic donations — update or remove this page accordingly.
